Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.
In which currency will I be charged?
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Payments are processed in GBP. Depending on your bank, currency conversion or international fees may apply.
Shipping
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.
Which countries do you ship to?
At this time, we ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Average delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7–10 business days. During peak periods or customs inspections, delivery may take slightly longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your order through the carrier’s website or via our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I request a return?
Please email us at info@hallester.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions and a return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Are product photos accurate?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting or monitor settings.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. In addition to our return policy, all products are covered by statutory warranty under EU law. This means your purchase should function as expected for a reasonable period of time.
