Return Costs

Defective or incorrect items: Free of charge. If your product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, Hallester will cover the return costs.
Change of mind: If you decide to return an item for personal reasons (wrong product, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Contact us: Send an email to info@hallester.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack your item: Place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.
Ship the package: Follow the instructions in your return authorization email and drop off the parcel with the assigned courier.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
